IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

I WORKED IN SALES FOR AN INTERNET TECHNOLOGY COMPANY THEN AN ENERGY CONSERVATION COMPANY… AND I WAS BORED.

I DECIDED TO TAKE A PHOTOSHOP CLASS AND A FELLOW STUDENT, WHO WAS A RETIRED OLYMPIC SWIMMER MENTIONED HE SOLD HIS CLASS BOOK ON AMAZON. I TRIED IF FOR MYSELF AND WAS HOOKED.

I STARTED SELLING PLUMBING FIXTURES, THEN TOOLS, PLAYING CARDS, MOPS, GARBAGE CANS, SMOKE ALARMS, SAFES, DISPOSABLE PLATES, CHILDREN’S GAMES, HAIRBRUSHES, LABEL MAKERS, VITAMINS AND PROTEIN POWDER. EVERYTHING (INCLUDING THE KITCHEN SINK).

I REALIZED AMAZON WAS JUST ONE PIECE OF THE ECOMMERCE PIE. SO, I EXPANDED AND DID THE SAME ON RETAIL.COM WEBSITES LIKE WALMART.COM
AND ON DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER SITES AS WELL.

IN 2014 I STARTED III PILLAR DIGITAL. AN ECOMMERCE AGENCY THAT BELIEVES MOST COMPANIES HAVE UNTAPPED ECOMMERCE POTENTIAL. OUR PURPOSE, FAST TRACK BRANDS ON AMAZON, DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER, AND RETAIL.COM.
